1. Sponsor

Jittery Wings Quilt Co. LLC, 1400 Main Street, Newberry, SC 29108 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Feeding America, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sponsor, its owners, employees, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins October 23, 2026, and ends November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

Every eligible person subscribed to the Jittery Wings email list at the end of the Entry Period receives one (1) entry. Anyone may subscribe for free at www.jitterywingsquiltco.com/pages/subscriber-page. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Sidewalk Cracks quilt made from the Sprinkles Birthday Bundle. Approximate retail value: $900. Prize includes shipping to a U.S. address. No substitution or cash equivalent. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is shipped. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

6. Drawing and Notification

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on November 2, 2026, before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and announced at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days with a shipping address and completed W-9, or an alternate winner may be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and state, except where prohibited by law.
