Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Whether purchased in person or online, we pride ourselves on quality and will work to resolve any mistake on our part.

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods

    • We will replace or refund your purchase if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. It must be returned in the condition it was received. Please contact us directly. We appreciate you allowing us to make it right.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Downloadable software products because once received, you can download it immediately onto your own device.

    • Cut yardage or webbing is nonrefundable. 
  • Returns & Exchanges:

    • Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

    • Cut fabric and PDF or printed patterns are not refundable, except for defective or damaged items or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact us if you have any questions.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable. A refund will be issued within five business days of the return package arriving at Jittery Wings Quilt Co. LLC, based on staff inspection of the item's new/like-new condition.

    • For all returns, please note the following:

      • Contact us if you wish to return an item.

      • You must notify us of your return shipment before sending the items. If there is no advance notice of the return, it may not be eligible for refund.

      • Return shipping charges, fees, insurance, tracking, etc. is the responsibility of the customer. The item must be packaged securely, and shipped via the carrier of your choice. Please note - Return shipments to 1400 Main Street, Newberry, SC 29108.

      • Please provide us with a tracking number. Keep the tracking number for your own records as well. Jittery Wings Quilt Co. LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

      • Buyers are responsible for ensuring they understand the measurements of all items before purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
